The Ghazir Bridge linking the Highway towards the Maameltein was the first of four bridges targeted on that dreary morning.
The Maameltein - Casino Bridge was struck next and remained intact with serious structural damages.
The Fidar Bridge on the Coastal highway heading northwards was third in line to be flattened to pieces.
The Madfoun Bridge was the last bridge to be targeted which left it in total ruins.
The lanes of the Beirut- Damascus highway on the 'Highest Bridge in the Middle East' at El Mdeirij lay in ruins, after another day of Bridge bombing east of Beirut.
